Radio 1 acknowleged Drum & Bass in 1995, by way of broadcasting a show called "One In The Jungle". The weekly show ran for 7 weeks, and featured some of the top DJ's from the underground scene.

One In The Jungle was the forerunner to the Grooverider & Fabio show, that still airs on BBC Radio 1, in the small hours of sunday morning.
